From as little as $1320.00* per calendar month (prices range from $1320 to $2200 pcm), you receive all of the benefits you should expect from a Serviced Executive Office Suite.


  • Individual Private Office - Air conditioned for the comfort of you and your clients and furnished with desk, executive chair, visitors chairs, bookcase or credenza and filing cabinet. Additional furniture can be provided on application.
  • Interview Room - unlimited free use, subject to availability.
  • Reception - your clients are greeted by our receptionist and you are advised of their arrival. Our secure reception is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of public holidays), with after hours access available.
  • Refreshments - beverages for you and your clients are available in the shared kitchenette facilities. We will bring them to your office if you prefer, and/or when you have clients visiting.
  • Telephone Answering - personalised, professional handling of your incoming calls. Messages can be relayed by telephone, fax or email, in a manner convenient and suitable to you. We provide you with the use of a handset to our telephone system. We will arrange your telephone installation (at your cost to your account) through our service providers. There is a set-up programming fee for your line through our system. This fee does not apply if using our shared "reception" telephone number.
  • Internet Access - We have NBN. This can greatly reduce your telephone costs, as there is no dial-up. A connection fee applies which includes cabling & setup. There is no hourly charge, no time limit and no monthly access fee. Data usage up to 20gb/month is included (fee applies for excess)
  • Email Address - is included with your internet connection.
  • Mail & Deliveries - incoming mail is collected for you each morning and is on your desk by 9am, or available for collection at reception earlier. Outgoing mail is posted each afternoon. We also take delivery of parcels/packages on your behalf and make deliveries to banks, DX and other CBD businesses daily.
  • Electricity, Cleaning & Maintenance - Offices are cleaned weekly.
  • Parking - your own exclusive parking bay. Additional bays can be provided on request, at an additional charge per month.
  • Access - 24 hours access to building, your office and all common areas such as reception, kitchen facilities, copier/fax area and break rooms.
